Payment:  A 50% deposit is due at the time an order is initiated. The balance is due when the order is complete and ready for shipment.

Cancellations: When an order is cancelled, a 25% restocking fee is charged. A 50% restocking fee will be charged when a custom order is cancelled.

Returns: All sales are final.

Shipping: Plankmaker products can be shipped worldwide.

1. Domestic orders are shipped by common carrier, with freight prepaid.
2. International orders are shipped by ocean freight. We will always provide competitive international rates.

Packaging:

There will be a palletizing/packaging charge of $125 per pallet on all orders.
