Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time an order is initiated. Balance is due when your order is ready for shipment.

                   Cancellations: A 25% restocking fee is charged; 50% restocking fee is charged when a custom order is cancelled.

                   Shipping: Domestic orders are shipped by common carrier with freight prepaid.

                   Packaging: There will be a palletizing/packaging charge of $150 per pallet on all domestic orders.
