BUYING A FLOOR: A 50% deposit is due when you initiate your order. Final payment is due when your order is ready to ship. There is a 25% restocking fee for order cancellations. We charge a 50% restocking fee if you cancel a custom order. The shipping of all orders is by common carriers with freight prepaid. There is a $150 palletizing/packaging charge per pallet.
BUYING SAMPLE KITS: Sample kits are $50 ea. (refundable when you place a flooring order of $500 or more). Sample kits are shipped to you or your customer prepaid by UPS (or comparable carrier).
