Delivery

                                                                 Plankmaker products can be shipped worldwide.

Payment: 50% deposit is due at the time an order is initiated. Balance is due when the order is complete & ready for shipment.

Cancellations: When an order is cancelled, 25% restocking is charged. 50% restocking is charged if a custom order is cancelled.

Returns: All sales are final.

Domestic orders are shipped by common carrier, with freight prepaid. 

Packaging: There will be a palletizing/packaging charge of $200 per pallet on all orders.
