How to Buy

Payment Terms:

• Pay a 50% deposit when you initiate your order.
• Complete the balance payment when your order is ready for shipment.

Cancellation Policy:

• We charge a 25% restocking fee for order cancellations.
• We charge a 50% restocking fee if you cancel a custom order.

Shipping Details:

• We ship domestic orders via common carriers with freight prepaid.

Packaging Information:

• We apply a $150 palletizing/packaging charge per pallet on all domestic orders.
